How to use Demi Dai File Manage System:

Department Root: What you will see is the Department.
For instance, you are working at Education Department, the root file
directory shows: Current Directory: /education

You have full control for Department you are in
charge. The full control access has add, edit and delete access
permission. As the manager of your area, you should not provide your
account full control to anyone.

Once you entered the File Manager System, you can see
two already-created file directories.
"images" and "doc".
Never move these 2 directories.

You can add as many file directories as you wish, but
remember not to add more than 2 files under your Master Directory expect
1 files called index.html

All your files must be storied in file directory
"doc". Under "doc", you need to add
subfolders to categorize the documentation management. Here is the
suggested ways how to manage the Accounting Department:
/Accounting /images/
/Accounting/doc/
/Accounting/doc/scanned/receipt/
/Accounting/doc/scanned/contract/
/Accounting/doc/report/
/Accounting/doc/payroll/
/Accounting/doc/receivable/
/Accounting/doc/payable/
/Accounting/doc/employee1/
/Accounting/doc/employee2/
/Accounting/doc/employee3/
......
Above is a file documentation management sorted followed
by the industry standard.
As the Department Manager,
you have the right to create your file name according to your circumstance
demand.
