About Photokicho

Photokicho was started by Natsuhime and Mamapyon in April of 2005. It was meant to be, initially, an art Portfolio for Mamapyon, but that idea went down the creek. Funnily enough, Natsuhime became the Graphics person, and Mamapyon the coder.

We bought the domain, photokicho.com on the 5th of October, 2005.

Photokicho has been through a lot of changes, and server hosting swaps before we finally settled with this one. We have also had a 3 different looks (not including Chobits which lasted for about 2 weeks). They are shown in the thumbnails below.

Autumn Leaves (Photokicho v.1.0)

We were quite attached to this layout, and we had many people request to download it... which we will get around to doing, someday. We kept this layout for quite a long time, until we decided that it was finally, time to move on, because Autumn had long past, and winter was on its way.

Winter Serenade, Ice Queen (Photokicho v.2.0)

This layout is something that has to grow on you. We really liked it at first, but for some strange reason, it became a bit plain... the problem was the spotlight page, which we were always too lazy to update. This layout didn't last relatively long, and it wasn't as popular as Autumn.

Twilight Rhapsody (Photokicho v.3.0)

After much experimentation, we arrived to this layout. It's still blue, because Mamapyon is obsessed with this colour, and it is starting to rub off on Natsuhime. (Bad influence xan!!!) It looks a lot more clean, and acessable than the other layouts, and the set up is more pleasing to the eye. It's my personal favourite, but let's see what you guys think of it!!!
