Artemis Fowl and the Opal Deception

Artemis Fowl and the Opal Deception by Eoin Colfer

This is penned as. "The fairy people have wiped all knowledge of their world from the brain of the only human they're scared of: Criminal Genius Artemis Fowl. But now they need him, and fast."

Oh dear. They really do need Artemis. He's under attack from the fairy people, and he doesn't know a thing. His morals are also in the backward. He's turned back into the heartless human being before he met the fairies. But Holly really needs help now. And she need's a friend. And Artemis is the only thing she's got -- but will he remember her?

Opal Koboi is back to wreak havoc in this book. Many things tie back, and the jokes are as funny as ever, and the sequences are full of action - I mean, it can't get any better than being chased by trolls when you're covered in troll pheromones, and a sonic-speed underground jet battle. Ah, the genius of Colfer.

My rating? 4.5 stars.
