Dreamweaver mx

This is a powerful web building tool. I have used many tools, from the simple notepad to MS Frontpage. It is excellent for div layer designs, blog layouts - in fact, it is the program that was used to do all the layouts on this website. It makes so many things so much easier, and has many in built codes and scripts to make everyting so much easier. CSS is made simpler, forms and it works fantastically with Flash and Fireworks. It is the ultimate in web-building. And it is quite affordable...
