Adobe Photoshop elements 2.0

This is the program you get when your enthusiastic about editing your photos, but not crazy about enough to want to spend more money to get the full photoshop version. You can do a number of cool things on this program, but it doesn't allow you to do blending options, or pen mode. However, this isn't that important if all you want to do is touch up the red eye on your happy snaps.

It's quite a powerful program, and offers heaps of filters, but is still missing something - then again, I'm quite biased in that area.
